Condition of returned itemsAll returned products must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition, with original tags attached and protective hygiene liners intact.Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains will be refused.

Return shippingPlease return your package via your local post office to avoid additional customs fees.Include your completed return/exchange form inside the package.The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return transit, so please keep your tracking number for reference.We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Processing returnsOnce we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you a confirmation email.Your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 business days.
